This 1-volume manga is the result of a collaboration between Furuya Usamaru (Palepoli, Music of Marie, Short Cuts) and Otsuichi, who is a popular Japanese writer (his novel Goth has a manga adaptation, go check it out). Similar to Happiness, this is a collection of oneshots but I think it has a tighter central focus, as each chapter deals with common problems that teenagers go undergo. Personally, I think it’s a fantastic read and I hope you enjoy it too.

Thank you again for more Furuya’s greatness.
Two short stories from the Calling You novel have manga adaptions too. Kimi ni Shika Kikoenai (not fully scanlated yet) and Kizu both of which are drawn by Hiro Kiyohara.
Thanks for tl’ing this!! This is a really nice manga. Oh yes, the final week of December is arriving which means a new mirai nikki!! YATTA!
Hmm I keep expecting the full volume to be translated so I haven’t read this yet. But I guess each chapter is independent…
