Now that July is upon us, it’s time to finally start volume 17 of Sangokushi! This and the next volume will show any of you new to Ro3K just why so many people worship this amazing package of manliness wrapped in a beard. Hope you’ll enjoy it.

Chapters 48 and 49 are out, meaning that we’re all done with volume 6! If you’re still haven’t read this, I strongly urge you to give this a try. Definitely one of Fukumoto’s stronger manga (personally my favourite, though I do like Kaiji and Zero) that manages to be humorous, touching, and inspiring throughout. Even if the first 2 volumes were too depressing for you, you might want to stick to it since it’s gotten much more comedic and light-hearted with this volume.

Franken Fran volume 5 recently came out in Japan and as promised, Amuro quickly got to work on it. Here are the first two chapters, c31 and c32 for now.

Might as well make a new post for it since Mirai Nikki’s pretty popular and all. Here’s this month’s Mirai Nikki, chapter 53! Confirmations of stuff we’ve predicted and some new stuff as well. Overall, an interesting chapter. Hope you enjoy it.

Took me a bit longer than I’d have liked but Obrigado! is finally complete! I don’t expect anyone to have liked all the stories but I hope you enjoyed the artwork and at least a few of the chapters (don’t ask me what the last chapter was about, I could barely understand that myself). As always, I didn’t translate the afterword because I’m a lazy bastard and I didn’t find most of the comments very interesting but even without understanding Japanese, you should be able to see the years in which each oneshot was originally published. One important thing to note, however, is that the 8th chapter (Agh, such a hectic life!) was Katou Shinkichi’s debut work, originally published in November 1990.

In other news, a new month is coming up so it’ll be that time again for the usual dosage of Legend of the Chinese Heroes.

It’s that time of the month again. Historie c62 is out, and I’ll try to get Mirai Nikki done as soon as the raws are out. Unfortunately I don’t think we’ll get our dosage of Vikings this month again because of Yukimura’s illness(?).

Been a couple days but it’s finally time to begin volume 6, thanks to the help of Zawanons. Expect more hilarious Kurosawa antics and a badass fight in this volume!

Kurosawa volume 5 is out! Things are finally not looking quite so depressing for poor Kurosawa but who knows how long that’ll last? Once again, big thanks to the Zawanon editors, Amuro, Natsume, and Vrex. We’ll get started on the next volume in just a couple days.

Sorry for the delays in the last couple days but here’s 5 CHAPTERS of Kurosawa (c32-36) to make up for that. This not only wraps up volume 4 but gets us 3 chapters in volume 5 as well. Also, Amuro’s now helping Zawanons out as long as he’s not too busy with Franken Fran (next volume should be coming in a few weeks or so).
